my journey

I have always had a passion for movement and music, and for personal growth. For several years, I trained in Rhythmics, holistic and creative bodywork and education.

After many years of social work with children, teenagers, refugee and homeless families, as well as teaching Rhythmics, bodywork and creative dance to children and adults, I felt the desire to offer healing work. I trained in Systemic Family Therapy and studied with Phyllis Krystal, diving deep into her method of Cutting The Ties That Bind, a form of self help and therapy that uses imagination and inner journeys.

Energetic bodywork came into my life and my therapeutic practice through Shiatsu. Together  with my husband I took my first classes at the European Shiatsu Institute in Munich in 2007 and after some years, we graduated at the Italian branch of the school. Many advanced courses followed, the most important ones being Advanced Quantum Shiatsu I and II (Gabriella Poli),  Shiatsu and Fascia Release I, II and III (Gabriella Poli), Conversation with the joints (David Bradfield), Creative Shiatsu for cancer patients (Pamela Ferguson) and The extraordinary meridians and the energetic field (Nicola Ley).

In 2023-2024 I completed the one year Fundamentals Training in Eden Energy Medicine with Simone Salewski in England.

I have met wonderful teachers and colleagues and made many friends on my way. Huge thanks to all who made my professional trainings so joyful and precious for my own inner path.

In the beginning of 2024, my husband Hans and I moved from Munich to Tromsø - a big leap into a new adventure and a new chapter in our lives. I am looking forward to continue my work here and to be of support to whoever feels called to come into my practice.
