What is Shiatsu?

Shiatsu is a form of energetic body therapy.

Treating your body, and addressing you as a whole - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - I will be using soft or deep pressure and gentle fascia releasing techniques.

I will work with your meridians, Chakras and your energetic field.  

What are the benefits of Shiatsu?

Shiatsu can help you to

• create emotional balance
• stimulate your innate self-healing abilities
• access and enhance your personal energy
• connect to your inner self
• reduce stress

Shiatsu is a precious support during pregnancy as well as during and after childbirth.

Shiatsu can also support you in addition to medical treatments or psychotherapy.

Shiatsu is non-invasive and I will adjust all techniques to your needs and abilities.

The Shiatsu Session

You will be lying on a massage table, wearing comfortable clothes.
After a short initial talk, you will receive a hands-on treatment of about 45 minutes.
At the end, there is time for you to rest and for a final conversation.
Altogether, the session lasts about one hour.
